当社は、個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、個人情報保護の方針を定めるとともに、個人情報の適切な保護に努めます。
個人情報の収集、利用に関する基本原則、管理方法ならびに実効性を持たせる手段として教育・訓練、監査等について以下のとおり規定し、実行してまいります。

第１条（個人情報）
「個人情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律（平成15年法律第57号、以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）にいう「個人情報」を指し、生存する個人に関する情報であって、当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できるもの又は個人識別符号が含まれるものを指します。

第２条（個人情報の取得と利用）
当社は、以下の目的に必要な範囲で、ご本人の個⼈情報を取得し、取得した情報を利用させていただきます。
以下の⽬的の範囲を超えて個⼈情報を利⽤する場合には、事前に適切な⽅法でご本人からの同意を得るものとします。

1. お問い合わせへの対応
2. 求人採用における面接の日時および、選考結果の連絡
3. 取得した閲覧・購買履歴等の情報を分析し、ユーザーに適した新商品・サービスをお知らせするためのユーザーが利用しているサービスの新機能や更新情報、キャンペーン情報などをメール送付によるご案内
4. ユーザーが利用しているサービスのメンテナンスなど、必要に応じたご連絡をするため
5. 利用規約に違反したユーザーの特定、その他不正不当な目的でサービスを利用したユーザーの特定をし、ご利用をお断りするため
   個人情報の利用目的は、変更前後の関連性について合理性が認められる場合に限って変更するものとします。
   個人情報の利用目的について変更を行った際は、変更後の目的について当社所定の方法によってユーザーに通知し、加えてWebサイト上にも公表するものとします。
6. 求人情報における面接の日時および選考結果の連絡

第３条（個人情報の管理と保護）
個人情報の管理は、厳重に行うこととし、次に掲げる場合を除き、ご本人の同意がない限り、第三者に対しデータを開示・提供することはいたしません。
また、安全性を考慮し、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏えい等のリスクに対する予防ならびに是正に関する対策を講じます。

1. 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
2. 公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
3. 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
4. 業務を円滑に遂行するため、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部又は一部を委託する場合
5. 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
6. その他法令で認められる場合

第４条（共同利用）
当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超える場合及び前項の (1) から (6) に記載する場合を除き、個人データをあらかじめ本人の同意を得ないで、第三者に提供、委託することはありません。

第５条（個人情報の開示）
当社は、ユーザーから、個人情報保護法の定めに基づき個人情報の開示・訂正・利用措置を求められたときは、ユーザーご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、ユーザーに対し、合理的な期間内に開示を行います（当該個人情報が存在しない時はその旨を通知いたします）。
ただし、個人情報保護法その他の法令により、当社が開示・訂正・利用措置の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。

第６条（プライバシーポリシーの変更手続）
当社は本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。
本ポリシーの内容は、法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて、変更することができるものとします。
変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、当社所定の方法により、利用者に通知し、又は当社ウェブサイトに掲載したときから効力を生じるものとします。

If we intend to use your personal information beyond the scope of the following purposes, we will obtain your prior consent in an appropriate manner.

2. Contacting the applicant regarding the interview date and time and the results of the selection process for the job opening.
3. To analyze the acquired information such as browsing and purchasing history and send information by e-mail on new features, updates, and campaigns of the services used by the user to inform the user of new products and services that are suitable for the user.
4. To contact the user as necessary, such as for maintenance of the service the user is using.
5. To identify users who have violated the Terms of Use or used the service for other unauthorized and unreasonable purposes, and to refuse their use of the service.The purpose of use of personal information shall be changed only when the relevance before and after the change is deemed reasonable.
   When the purpose of use of personal information is changed, the Company shall notify users of the changed purpose by the method prescribed by the Company, and shall also publicize the changed purpose on the website.
6. Notification of interview dates, times, and selection results for job postings.

Article 3. (Management and Protection of Personal Information)
Personal information shall be strictly managed and shall not be disclosed or provided to any third party without the consent of the individual, except in the following cases. In addition, in consideration of safety, we will take measures to prevent and correct risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information.

When we receive a request from a user to disclose, correct, or use personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose the information within a reasonable period of time after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself (we will notify the user if the relevant personal information does not exist). However, this does not apply to cases in which we are not obligated to disclose, correct, or take usage measures in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

We will review the contents of this policy from time to time and strive to improve it. The contents of this policy may be changed except as otherwise provided in laws and regulations or in this policy. The revised Privacy Policy shall become effective when it is notified to users or posted on the Company's website in a manner prescribed by the Company.
